Marvel UV Integrated Commercial Kitchen Hoods are engineered with advanced UV-C technology and Marvel-Curtain Controlled Capture Air Curtain System, delivering superior performance, hygiene, and safety for modern commercial kitchens. The integrated UV-C system generates ozone behind the hood filters, allowing it to circulate throughout the entire hood chamber. This ozone actively breaks down and oxidizes organic grease particles within the exhaust air, significantly reducing grease buildup and improving overall system efficiency.
To ensure long-lasting performance, Marvel hoods feature a compact, multi-scattered UV lamp cassette, strategically positioned outside the direct airflow. This design maximizes ozone effectiveness while extending lamp life and minimizing maintenance requirements.
