Generated ozone decomposes and oxidizes organic fat particulates exhausted through the hood, resulting in
safer, cleaner, more efficient hood operation. Our hoods utilize a compact, multi-scattered-lamp cassette,
located outside the direct air stream for maximum ozone effect and cassette life
