Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Ozone Generator

The optimal solution for grease removal and smell reduction in your professional kitchen exhaust.

The emission of smell and grease from your kitchen represent risks and costs for your business. The accumulation of grease in the duct system is an important fire hazard.

For both safety and regulatory reasons, it is advisable that grease removal is performed regularly. The smell emission is often an unpleasant problem for customers, or neighbors, and leading to closure of dozens of restaurants due to smell complaints.

OG advanced ozone technology for ventilation ducts ensures:

  1. Continuous grease removal & odor reduction
  2. A reach to all areas of the duct
  3. No use of filters or UV lamps
  4. Easy implementation in an existing kitchen exhaust
  5. Increased fire safety
  6. Lower duct cleaning costs
  7. Reduced material costs – improved duct life-time
  8. Low maintenance

Application Information:

OG ozone generator injects ozone into the kitchen extraction hood where it reacts with odors, grease, and smoke. These are oxidized in a chemical reaction which results in the production of carbon dioxide and water vapor. The ozone itself is consumed during the process and is converted back into oxygen.

Installation:

The unit has been designed to attach to the wall adjacent to the kitchen hood. The outlet is then connected into the kitchen canopy by a 100mm diameter PVC hose, and the unit is plugged in or hardwired into mains electricity (220V/single phase/50Hz). Full installation instructions are provided.
