The MARVEL Ventless Exhaust Hood lets you use almost any commercial electric cooking equipment without needing traditional ventilation. This ductless hood has a high-performance carbon filter that captures grease, smoke, heat, and odours. It then purifies the air before sending it back into the kitchen. It doesn’t need any outside ductwork like normal vented hoods do, but it still keeps you as safe as possible. The system has an interlock that makes sure the cooking equipment only works when the hood is on, and it also has a colour-coded alert system to show that everything is working properly and safely. The hood doesn’t come with a fire suppression system, but it’s easy to install an Ansul R102 wet chemical fire suppression system in the field.
