WATER-MIST KITCHEN HOOD

The water-mist exhaust hood suitable for all kind of heavy cooking operation however it is designed to be or used over solid fuel burning equipment like charcoal grill, char-boilers, Wood and Coal fire ovens and live flame cooking equipment. It provides a continuous water spray when it is activated during cooking operation. The water mist spray aims to reduce the temperature of the exhaust air, removing dangerous spark from the cooking and washing down the ashes and soot from the grease laden air.
